Cara M. Frame

Cara Cara M. Frame is an experienced professional who has an international background in teaching and learning. She taught English as a Second Language in France, attended Arabic classes in Morocco, and spent time in England, Iceland, Costa Rica, Haiti, Belgium, and Canada. Cara attended the University of Maryland, where she majored in physics. While in the Washington, D.C. area, she volunteered teaching ESL with the Washington English Center. Today, she volunteers with Literacy Council Gulf Coast in Florida teaching English to adult students. Because of her teaching experience and background, she led the launch of SeniorNet's Headquarters Mobile Strategy to teach in remote locations - going to where the students are. Cara's role at SeniorNet includes Lead Instructor/focal point for course development with our major sponsors, office management, and she is our Executive Liaison. 

Michele M. Williams

FinalUpdated_Cropped_Michele_Pic Michele M. Williams is an experienced sales and marketing professional with nearly twenty-two years in the corporate environment, including Fortune 500 companies. Her leadership skills have allowed her to be effective in management roles, as well as to develop, lead and drive efficient marketing strategies.  Today, she volunteers as SeniorNet's Director of Public Relations.

Kim Hong

Kim_Hong Kim Hong is a Public Relations professional with eight years of in-house and agency experience.  She has a passion for strategic and innovative applications of social media, and skilled in both traditional  and non-traditional media.  Industries of experience  include real estate, fashion, technology, consumer goods, healthcare and travel.  Kim is volunteering as Social Media Strategist and Editor of SeniorNet's social media blog, Social Media Scoop for Seniors

Hank Clemente


Hank Clemente currently volunteers as SeniorNet's Director of Curriculum Development. After taking his first SeniorNet class in 1999, he joined the staff of the Hot Springs, Arkansas SeniorNet Learning Center as a coach, then instructor and in 2002 was appointed Coordinator, a position he held for over 7 years that included writing numerous course manuals, workshops and seminar presentations. SeniorNet invited Hank to join the headquarters staff after his retirement from the Hot Springs SeniorNet Learning Center in 2009.

Brandon Gardner

Brandon Gardner

Brandon Gardner is a student of the University of Maryland College Park school of Behavioral and Social Sciences. He currently works for the National Caucus and Center on Black Aged, Inc. where he handles a variety of programs including running the computer literacy course the organization provides. Brandon volunteers for SeniorNet as part of the 'Train the Trainer' program helping to set up new Learning Centers.

Ozra Hamidi


Ozra Hamidi is a highly experienced dental hygienist with over seventeen years of experience in the dental practice throughout Northern Virginia. Motivation and commitment to improving her skills has allowed her to pursue a second degree in Technical Management. She will use this degree to further develop her professional career. Today, Ozra is gaining invaluable experience as a SeniorNet HQ Volunteer.

 Riadh Bentorki

 staff-riadh Riadh Bentorki is a blogger, web designer, social media expert, and translator with seven years of experience in the IT field. A graduate of Badji Mokhtar University in Annaba, Algeria, he moved to the United States after several years working in both computer maintenance and computer education for the Algerian government. He is passionate about web design, graphic design, and video editing. He is currently SeniorNet's Social Media Manager, handling Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, and other social media. He also uses his video editing skills to create videos to share with SeniorNet centers and members around the country.
