Hello SeniorNet fans, Here is simple post for today to help you  understand the difference between HTTP and HTTPS  to be safe on the internet.

HTTP (HyperText Transfer Protocol) is the standard set of rules for data communication on the Internet, but (HyperText Transfer Protocol Secure) adds an extra layer of security between your browser and the website you’re visiting. If you don’t see the “s”, don’t share sensitive information, like credit card numbers.
